How It All Began...

We’ve spent decades helping organisations introduce new technologies into their businesses through digital transformation. We’ve helped large multi-nationals with complex email and calendar migrations, and small non-profits with the latest in CRM solutions. However, it doesn’t matter how smooth your transition to the cloud goes, whether it’s Amazon, Google, Microsoft or SalesForce if the boss’s email doesn’t look pixel perfect when he schedules a meeting with all his mates, the project can seem a complete failure.

The Email Signature Guru rose from the ashes of such a project. It all started many years ago with a successful migration from Microsoft Exchange to Google Apps (now called G Suite). Everything had gone exceptionally well, emails migrated, all those pesky appointments moved over correctly. Everybody had been fully trained, and many of the staff were excited to be swapping their Blackberry devices for something called an iPhone. It was a thing of beauty if you like that kinda stuff. Then it happened, an email from the CEO. He’d contacted someone external, who had then replied. BANG!! The images within the signature were HUGE, and the text was all misaligned when read on the CEO’s shiny new iPhone – it looked terrible.

After a bit of research and a whole lot of testing, we managed to create the magic formula for the universal email signature. An email signature that looked perfect on every email client out there.

The Guru was born! We like to think that the Email Signature Guru is a little bit of all us, a great tech, designer and educator. We created this site so that others could share in what we had found. We are working incredibly hard to make the world a happier place for everyone one, email signature at a time.
