Well, it’s official, “Not sure you saw my last email” is the most annoying email phrase in 2018. In a recent survey, Adobe contacted over 1,000 “white-collar” workers to find out more about their email usage and trends. It seems that our co-works are can’t help but follow-up on those emails, with a massive 91% of the most annoying emails related to people checking whether or not you’re going to reply to their email.

This can’t be good for anyone and must have a negative impact on productivity and the general culture of the organisation.
